Gnana Yoga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(102, 0, 204);"&gt;This requires acute knowledge. This Yoga is philosophical approach to spiritual evolution which describes the world as an illusion. By these practices, emotional energy will be transmitted to devotion, directing anger, hatred and jealousy in a positive direction.
